Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We trust that you are delighted with your order. However, if, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please find detailed information about our return policy below.

RETURNS:

All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the delivery date. Items being returned should be in new and unused condition, with all original boxes and labels still attached.

  • Refunds will only be issued ,if the product you received exhibits a manufacturing defect.

RETURN PROCESS:

To initiate a return, kindly email our customer service at contact@pienum.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Upon receiving the RMA number, securely place the item in its original packaging and send your return to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for covering all return shipping charges. We highly recommend using a trackable method for mailing your return.

REFUNDS:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will proceed with processing your return or exchange. Please allow a minimum of seven (7) working days from the receipt of your product for the return or exchange process. You will be notified via email once your return has been successfully processed.

  • Refunds will only be issued , if the product you’ve received displays a manufacturing defect.
  • Refund will be deposited in your bank within 7 days. (after we get the product back)

EXCEPTIONS

Sale or discounted Google Review NFC Cards are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Note- While utilizing our NFC google review cards can significantly assist you in garnering Google reviews swiftly and effortlessly, it’s important to note that we cannot guarantee the top ranking of your business on search engines.
